There are two things you shuold know about me.
1) I have an obsession with fancy cocktails
2) I love Margaritas
We’re getting into the colder months and here I am, still drinking Margaritas. We went to Harry’s Aunts house for dinner last night and I decided to try out something new!
It was a last minute thing and I just got home from the grocery store so there was no way I was heading back out for supplies. I decided to work with what I had. I had a bottle of wine, cranberries, limes and some staples. Here’s how I made this yummy Cranberry Margarita Sangria!
-1 Bottle of White Wine
-1 cup silver tequila
-1/4 cup orange liqueur
-4 cups limeade (I made my own using this recipe)
-2 limes sliced
-1/2 c fresh cranberries cut in 1/2
-Dump it all into a clear pitcher. (You don’t need clear, but it looks so much prettier when you use something clear.)
-Chill for 4+ hours
-Serve over ice with a fresh lime slice + frozen cranberries
*If you want more Cranberry Flavor, add 1/4 Cup of Cranberry Juice Cocktail! (Thank you for the tip Lauren M!)
